Manufacturer's Representative Firm, RG SALES
ASSOCIATES. Since our inception in 1995, our goal has
been to provide the best sales support and customer
service in our marketplace. Our focus is on CCTV,
Access Control, Lock and Hardware products. We keep
our line-card short in order to better serve our
manufacturers and customers. We service Systems
Integrators and National Accounts as well as
Independent and National Distributors of Security and
IP Products throughout the six New England states. We
have built our reputation by providing superior
service to our customers.
Rich Giannattasio
Rich is the Company's Principal. Rich brings over 30
years of experience as a manufacturer's representative
to the firm. He started in the industry in 1983
working as a sub-rep for F.M. Valenti, Inc. Rich
co-founded R&D Sales in 1992 before starting RG
Sales Associates in 1995. He has experience in the
CCTV, access control, alarm, lock, imaging, sound,
consumer, and industrial video markets. In addition to
our current lines, Rich has represented many of the
top manufacturers in the industry. Rich calls on all
of the integrators in Eastern New England as well as
overall management of the firm.

John Ferrara
John Ferrara has been our Sales Engineer since 2007.
He has been in the electronic security industry for
over 30 years. John has been a project engineer and
technical sales engineer for several of the largest
Integrators in NE. He has provided system design and
technical sales support for Analog and IP CCTV, Access
Control, intercom, intrusion, and audio/visual
equipment. John is capable of building and supporting
Network Installations. John handles most Distribution
Sales; Connecticut; as well as Technical Support.

Ellen Giannattasio
Ellen is our office administrator. She was a sales
associate for Merrill Lynch for several years before
taking time off to start a family. Ellen has been with
RG Sales Associates since 1995 and handles
administrative duties.
